Mid-Columbia
Libraries is actively recruiting for our Community
Services Director. As a member of our Executive staff,
you’ll oversee eleven community branches, developing,
managing, and evaluating the delivery of library
services to our customers.
Successful
candidates will have a Masters in Library Science, the
ability to obtain a State of
Washington Librarian
certificate, and four years of professional experience,
including a minimum of two years of lead or supervisory
experience. Experience implementing strategic plans,
facility layout/improvement, and developing
policies/processes desirable.

WORKER
The
Mid-Columbia Library System seeks
a Part-Time (19 hour per week) Maintenance Worker to perform
a variety of general building maintenance duties,
including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and
mechanical repairs, throughout the Mid-Columbia Library
System. Applicants must be able to provide their
own tools.
Successful candidates will have
a High School diploma, basic plumbing, carpentry,
electrical, and mechanical knowledge, or equivalent
technical training, education, and/or experience, as
well as a valid Washington driver's license.
Salary
Range: $14.78-19.45/hour
Hours
of work: 19 hours/week - this position will require some
evenings and weekends.
