If an item is selected for purchase, a hold will be placed for you, usually within two to three weeks. The Library does not consider books more than three months before publication. Feature films are considered six months after release. Due to the high volume of requests, we are not able to notify you when items are not selected for purchase.

Suggestions for specialized, technical or out-of-print items are forwarded for Interlibrary Loan since they may be available from other libraries.  The library is not currently accepting purchase requests for current, popular music.  Feature films are not interlibrary loaned.
